WRONG SIZE
If what you have ordered is the wrong size and you made a "Barry Crocker" (shocker) then of course we don't want you to be stuck with something you can't use. Always check with a mate first and see whether they might take it off your hands and you can re-order what you want. Or if you can't, send it back to us (at your expense) and we will re-send the correct size at no extra delivery charge to you. If you make a 2nd "Barry Crocker" with the size then you will need to send it back with a pre-paid satchel.

DELIVERED DOES NOT MATCH ORDERED
If we had a "Barry Crocker" (shocker) and we got it muddled up and sent the wrong item or size we will pick up the cost to return the item and re-send the correct one to you.

CHANGED YOUR MIND
We have tried to supply as much information as possible about each product. If you have simply changed your mind and have not worn the item we are happy to refund you the original price but we ask that you pay for the return courier charge (in this instance you can choose the courier most convenient to you). The refund will be made once the unworn item is received in good condition.

If you believe the boot you have received is less than 6 months old and has a fault due to materials or manufacture please telephone or email our store and describe the fault. Please do NOT send until you have contacted us.
