WRONG SIZE
If the item/s you ordered are the wrong size for you and you can't use them then we are happy to receive them back unworn & with tags. If you send the item/s back to us we will send you a replacement appropriate size by standard Australia Post delivery at Absolute Workwears' cost. If you prefer EXPRESS then you will need to pay for this or provide a satchel upon return of the unwanted item/s.
DELIVERED DOES NOT MATCH ORDERED
If we got it muddled up and sent the wrong style or size we will pick up the cost of the deliveries both ways. We can send out a pre-paid satchel in the mail for you to return your mistake. Once received we will send the correct item and our apologies :)
CHANGED YOUR MIND
We have tried to supply as much information as possible about each boot. If you have simply changed your mind and have not worn the item/s we are happy to refund you the price of the item/s but we ask that you pay for the return courier charge (in this instance you can choose the courier most convenient to you). The refund will be made once the unworn pair of boots are received in good condition.

If you believe the boot you have received is less than 6 months old and has a fault due to materials or manufacture please telephone or email our store and describe the fault. Please do NOT send until you have contacted us.
