The 100% cotton thread in these shorts have been treated with Teflon in a special treatment that will not wash off to make this fabric repell water. These are great to war if you work in wet conditions or get more then the occasssional splash (eg nursing, house keeping, kitchens and bar tending). The same treatment also make them more resistant to stains because the liquid is not readily absorbed.
There are 2 side pockets and 1 back pocket.
